To secure a first consultation for new patients, a booking deposit is required.<\/p>\n

The required deposit is \u20ac25<\/strong>. This deposit is not<\/strong> the total cost of the appointment. It can be paid either by bank transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made directly through the appointment booking page, either by credit\/debit card (virtual POS)<\/strong> or bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY<\/h2>\n

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows us to reorganize our schedule without affecting the specialist’s time or other patients.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Changes will be free of charge if provided for justifiable reasons or notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, regardless of the cause.<\/p>\n

The user is entitled to a full refund of the session fee provided they submit a cancellation request in writing to info@bonairesalut.com<\/a> at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.<\/p>\n

In case of changes or cancellations of confirmed appointments without 24 hours’ notice, or if the patient fails to attend, Bonaire Salut reserves the right NOT to refund the amount paid.<\/strong> These conditions will only be waived in cases of force majeure, serious accidents, or urgent medical emergencies that prevent prior notice, provided they are supported by official written documentation. Work-related reasons are not considered force majeure.<\/p>\n

Under this regulation, once the booking or medical treatment service is contracted and paid for, it shall be deemed fully executed. Consequently, the patient expressly consents and acknowledges that once the contract has been fully executed, they lose their right of withdrawal, with no possibility of a price refund<\/strong>. However, if the patient does not use the voucher, they may reuse it within 30 days following the date of the unused appointment or treatment.<\/p>\n
